The Five Biggest Disappointments of the Trip So Far

Just keepin’ it real:
- The #11 Hamburger in All of Creation being “sold out” before I got there and now I’ll probably never get around to going back (to Napa).
- The Ewoldsen Trail being closed at Big Sur due to “fires”.
- Tours to Alcatraz being sold out through Tuesday.
- The Pt. Reyes Lighthouse being too fog-enshrouded to see.
- No campground neighbors getting arrested.

Fortunately (unfortunately?), there are no more ranked burgers till Seattle. And I’m probably due for another ramen cycle now anyway…

LOL can’t help but laugh at your 5 disappointments, you crack me up…at least you seem to be taking it well…
At least the hike to the beach was nice, as was the off-shore breeze. FYI, I had to ice my knee when I got home. On the upside, because we were in the neighborhood, we had dinner in SF with friends on a lark.
