It didn’t really seem comparable to land in North Carolina, but whatever.
Oklahoma, OK!
I stopped for lunch in OK, which I guess puts it a full rung above Kansas. Went to a Mexican place in a town named “Jay”. Turns out I wasn’t far enough south for Mexican yet — it was pretty bland. Here’s me eating a tortilla chip:

Anyway — it was a big day. 42 is seven-eighths there. Man.
